The amendments were proposed in February and were discussed at the Winter Coalition in March.  For the first time, voting for the amendments took place online.  The votes needed to receive 60 percent of majority approval to be ratified.  Full text of the amendments can be found at WIAA.com.

The WIAA Representative Assembly is comprised of either principals or athletic directors from member schools in each of the nine districts.   They are empowered to pass legislation and to direct the WIAA Executive Board to carry out its policies.
