Description
|
Hermiston School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Head Boys Soccer Coach at Hermiston High School. This position is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional coach who has demonstrated the abilities, skills, and knowledge to lead a quality soccer program.
Licensed (teaching) and Non-Licensed positions are available for the 2023-2024 school year.
Required Qualifications:
- Successful head/assistant soccer coaching experience
- Must possess a current working knowledge of the fundamentals and rules of soccer
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must demonstrate professional growth and development
- Must demonstrate an understanding of training related to the sport of soccer
- Must have an understanding and ability to work with and develop a program from youth through high school
Personal Traits:
- Has a positive attitude and is an inspiring and enthusiastic leader
- Is a team player dedicated to excellence in all phases of the educational program
- Has the ability to plan effectively and is well organized
- Has the ability to communicate effectively
- Has a caring attitude and sensitivity toward people
- Has time and willingness to work with youth and community program
