Description
|
Lincoln High School in Seattle, WA is seeking a highly motivated Junior Varsity High School Girls Basketball Coach to join our high school team in the highly competitive Metro League 3A. This role reports to the Head Basketball Coach and the Athletic Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive team culture, developing the skills and abilities of our student-athletes, assist the Head Coach in scouting, game planning, film breakdowns and leading our team to success both on and off the court. This role is primarily a winter season position in addition to summer training and tournaments (April-June) and coordinating off-season workouts as needed. Player Development background is a plus and will be a big emphasis with this position.
