Description
|
The primary responsibility of this position is to address student social, behavioral, emotional, and academic life within Oroville Schools. A successful candidate will be expected to conceptualize the district strategic plan and identify objectives for instruction and extracurricular programs. They will work with all faculty and administration in making decisions, listen and share experiences to encourage staff and student improvement and cultural efficacy within the school district. This position coordinates with principals and board members to assist in defining and enforcing school policies and guidelines for students and faculty. The successful candidate will be expected to assist in developing a clinical approach for identifying and intervening for individual student needs, and will be responsible for developing, delivering, coordinating and overseeing experiences for all K-12th grade students. This candidate will support the vision and philosophy of the district and the district’s value of education.
