• Supervisor: Building Principal, CTE Director & AthleticDirector
• Salary Range: QEA Salary Schedule + CTSO Advisor Stipend +

• Location/Assignment: QHS CTE / Sports Medicine Teacher(Grades 9-12) & Athletic Trainer (Teaching 3 periods in afternoon + prep period, Athletic Training After School and Evening Events)

• Conditions of work: 180 days/1FTE

School Year 2022-2023

SUMMARY:

The job of a high school CTE teacher is to implement industry-based
instruction and incorporate all aligned essential standards when preparing to teach and instruct students, to promote student achievement, to provide guidance, counsel, supervision and discipline to students, and to assess and evaluate performance and progress to enhance effective learning. The job of an athletic trainer is to provide and supervise practicum opportunities for students while caring for the athletes during practices and events.
