Looking for people with positive leadership qualities that are passionate about helping Monroe HS athletes grow their love of baseball. We are looking to build a culture that emphasizes improvement through a commitment to the mastery of the little things, a team-first atmosphere, and having fun on the baseball field. Baseball experience as a pitcher or catcher is preferred but will work with anyone who has a background in the game. Assistant coach may also be in charge of JV or C team.
